We use the following methodologies:
Tui Na, which dates back to
1700 BC, is the parent of most modern Asian bodywork forms.
Tui Na closely resembles
conventional western massage as many of the techniques are similar. However,
the intent of Tui Na is more specifically therapeutic than the simple
relaxation of a Swedish-style massage.
Like Shiatsu,
Tui Na uses rhythmic compression along energy channels of the body, as
well as a variety of techniques that manipulate and lubricate the joints. Like
acupressure, Tui Na directly affects the flow of energy by holding and
pressing the body at acupressure points.
One of Tui Na's advantages over simple massage is its ability to focus on specific problems, especially chronic pain associated with the muscles, joints, and the skeletal system. It is especially effective for joint pain (such as arthritis), sciatica, muscle spasms, and pain in the back, neck, and shoulders. It also helps chronic conditions such as insomnia, constipation, headaches (including migraines), and the tension associated with stress. Tui Na works not only on the muscles, bones, and joints, but also works with the energy of the body at a deeper level. As with other styles of Asian bodywork, Tui Na is designed to prevent problems, not just correct them. By keeping the body's energy in balance, Tui Na maintains health. This is true for physical health, as well as mental and emotional well-being.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful approach
that combines two well-established sciences: mind/body medicine and acupuncture
without needles. In essence, EFT
is an emotional version of acupuncture in which certain meridian points
are stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips. This addresses unbalanced
energy meridians as the cause for emotional issues. Since emotional stress can
contribute to pain, disease, and physical ailments, EFT often provides
astonishingly fast physical relief.
EFT can reduce the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or
minutes.

Auricular Therapy
Auricular (ear) Therapy, commonly called “Ear Seeds Therapy”, is a form of acupuncture that consists of the insertion of tiny needles or small "ear seeds" in various external parts of the ear. One explanation of how auricular therapy works is that the stimulation of certain nerves on the ear may send signals to the brain that generate a “response” to the corresponding part of the body to be treated. It may also stimulate a general bodily relaxation.
Auricular Therapy, has been used successfully to treat a wide variety of conditions including:
At the core of Chinese Traditional Medicine is the philosophy that Qi or Life Energy flows throughout the body. Qi animates the body and protects it from illness, pain, and disease. A person's health is influenced by the quality, quantity, and balance of Qi. Qigong (or Chi Gong) is the Chinese name for energy exercises and means "energy management". It is an ancient science and art of health, a traditional form of Chinese energy exercise and healing art for the body, mind, and spirit. Qigong is ideal for establishing emotional balance in today's stressful lifestyle and for helping to heal seriously ill people -- those struggling with chronic degenerative conditions such as paralysis, cancer, asthma, cardiovascular, and other illnesses.
Disclaimer: QiGong can be used as an addition to any cancer recovery program, but we offer no explicit nor implicit opinion on the effectiveness of practicing Qigong for those with cancer. It is just our wish to provide information so that people who are interested have a resource for learning this style. Qigong helps restore the immune system to help the body to heal itself. Time required for healing depends on the individual's condition and practice.
Qigong practice consists of the following 3 steps:

As an example of how
Qigong is being used to treat cancer in China, see the video linked to below.
This video shows the remarkable exercise practice
used by hundreds of thousands of people throughout China to fight their cancer.
This style is named Guo Lin Chi Gong after its founder, a woman named Guo
Lin. This simple series of movements and unique walking styles was invented by
Guo Lin to fight her cancer and has become well known in China as the healing
exercises used by the Cancer Recovery Clubs of China.
